Port Blair, Sept 17: On the auspicious occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, the flag of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was hoisted by Mr. M. Veeranna, State President, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, A & N Islands in presence of Mr. Sanjiv Rangaiah, President and Mr. S. Biju Pillai, General Secretary, ANRKM. This is the first time after granting National Affiliation with Rashtriya Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh, BMS Flag was hoisted in front of the office of Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh, Dollygunj.
The programme was attended by committee members and other association’s representatives. In his address, Mr. M. Veeranna appealed to all present members to unite the working class employees as well as Gazetted employees. Afterwards, Vishwakarma pooja was performed in the office and Prasad were distributed.
