Port Blair, Sept 15: The Doordarshan Kendra- Port Blair organised a series of competitive events/programmes among members of staff dedicated to the cause of promoting the use of official language Hindi during the fortnight from September 01 to September 14, 2021.
On its concluding day, a prize distribution ceremony was organized at the Kendra with due adherence of COVID-19 protocols. The function was graced by HoO Mr. M. Sundaram and HoP Mrs. Meena Prakash. They addressed the gathering highlighting the importance of the official language “Hindi” and distributed prizes along with certificates to officers/employees of the Kendra, who participated and performed well in various competitions.
