Port Blair, August 16: A labouer from mainland India, who was working on a pontoon, reportedly fell into the sea by accident on 14 August evening, while the pontoon was crossing the channel, between Ross Island and Goodwill Estate.
As per details, when other people on the pontoon realized that the man, Mr. Prasenjit Paramanik is missing they searched the area and intimated police. Later police team with PMF also searched the area but they could not find the person.
Meanwhile, the person reportedly reached shore by swimming and after which he reached PS Pahargaon and reported the matter.
