Port Blair, Aug 12: In order to carry out preventive routine maintenance work on board vehicle ferry vessel MV Pilobhabi, her services in the route between Chatham and Bambooflat shall be withdrawn between 0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs on 14.08.2021. Due to above withdrawal, there would be only vehicle ferry vessel for services in the above route, during the above given time.
To clear the rush, the available vehicle ferry shall shuttle/ operate continuously in the above route during the above timing, without maintaining the fixed scheduled time.
“In view of above, all commuters are requested to cooperate and plan their journey accordingly. Inconvenience caused to the commuters is regretted,” a release issued by DDSS said here today.
