Port Blair, June 28: The South Andaman Teachers Branch of Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association, A &N Islands mourned the demise of Mr. Rishikesh Sinha, R/o Dolly Gunj, Retired Senior Scientific Officer of Department of Science and Technology. He died at GB Pant Hospital during the early hours today.He was 61. He was a popular students union leader during his college days at Shimla University, Himachal Pradesh.
