Port Blair, Jun 24: Mr. Sampad Kumar Roy, President of Bongo Bhashi Mahasabha Foundation BBMF (National NGO) has written a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of North and Middle Andaman and appreciated Dr. Subrata Saha for his sincerity, activeness and professionalism for local patients.
