Port Blair, Oct 26: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union will organise a function in connection with the opening of a Tailoring and Fashion Designing Centre at Brichgunj Panchayat Hall, South Andaman on Monday, the 29th October 2012 at 9.30 AM – which will be inaugurated by Mr. Anand Prakash, IAS, Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration as the Chief Guest of the function.
