Port Blair, May 18: On behalf of the President of India, Station Commander, Air Force Station Car Nicobar will hold an open auction at 10:00hrs on 31 May 2021 for cutting/plucking of coconuts from coconut trees from Technical and Non-technical areas of Air Force Station Car Nicobar for the period from 01 Jul 2021 to 30 Jun 2022. Terms and conditions and relevant aspects will be explained before commencement of auction. All interested parties are advised to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions before auction. Parties interested in participating in the open auction are required to register their names by submitting ‘Experience and Income Tax clearance’ certificate along with a copy of PAN card with the Station Organisation Section at Station Headquarters, Air force Station Car Nicobar by 1300hrs on 30 May 2021. Non income tax payee are to submit an affidavit of Rs 10/- that they had no taxable income during the last five years. In order to qualify for bidding, the bidders are required to submit earnest money of Rs 6000/- (in the form of cash/demand draft/fixed deposit receipt/term deposit receipt) with Senior Accounts Officer, Air Force Station Car Nicobar by 1300hrs on 30 May 2021. Successful bidders would be required to deposit 25% of bid amount as security deposit on the fall of hammer. Full bid amount is required to be deposited within one week of acceptance of bid.
