Port Blair, May 12: Late Harbans Lal Chopra (Ex APP), who died on 29.04.2021 at his residence at Gurgaon, was passionate about his profession and outstanding personality. He had been in Andaman and Nicobar Islands till 1997 and served as APP. Later on he had proceeded on deputation to CBI, Delhi.
The office of the APP, North and Middle Andaman has mourned his untimely death. In this regard a condolence prayer was held on 30.04.2021at the Prosecution Office, CJM Court Mayabunder.
