Port Blair, Apr 16: Residents of Haddo nivas organized a Rangoli programme on the occasion of Ugadi. In this event the Chief Guest was Mrs. Ratna Kannan (ex-chairperson, A & N State Social Welfare Board) Mr. M Eshwar Rao ( State Secretary, TDP) and Ms. Brinda.
Ugadi is the day where people mark the beginning of the Hindu calendar and it’s a sign of bliss and good luck.
The programme included Rangoli competition and fun game. On this event the chief guest also distributed prizes for various competition organized to mark Ugadi Celebration.
