Port Blair, Apr 08: An unnatural death case was reported in Police Station Bambooflat on 07 April 2021. As per information, on 5th April Mr. Bati Potu Raju, 60 Years, a resident of Junglighat had gone for fishing at Shoal Bay area with 10 other people in a fishing dinghy from Junglighat fish landing jetty.
It is learnt that yesterday evening while laying fishing net in sea Mr. Bati Potu Raju had severe chest pain and subsequently fell down on the dinghy, when other people saw him, he had already collapsed and was not responding. Immediately he was taken to GB Pant Hospital where doctor declared him brought death due to Cardiac arrest.
