Port Blair, Oct 21: A Commemoration parade was held at parade ground, Police Lines where the DGP and all members of the A&N Police paid homage to the Police martyrs. In the past year, 525 Police Personnel of all State Police Forces and Central Police Organizations have laid down their lives in the service of the nation. The entire A & N Police led by Mr. S.B. Deol, Director General of Police glowing tributes for the supreme sacrifice made by them.
The Commemoration Parade was witnessed by officers and men of the A&N Police and IRBn including retired Police Officers.
