Port Blair, Dec 02: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank Ltd. observes World Divyang Diwas on 2nd December, 2020 at Composite Regional Centre for Skill development Rehabilitaion and Empowerment of person with disabilities (CRC), Brookshabad, South Andaman, A&N Islands for the divyans to mark the Celebration of World Divyang Diwas 2020.
The programme was graced by Mr. K. Murugan, Managing Director, ANStCB Ltd, in presence of Mr. Jeo Paul, Residential Nodal officer, CRC, A&N Islands. A large gathering of divyans children’s along with their family members, Bank Officials and staffs of the CRC attended the programme.
Mr. Jeo Paul, Residential Nodal Officer, CRC, A&N Islands welcomed the Chief Guest and other delegates to World Divyang Diwas 2020.
Mr. K. Murugan, Managing Director, ANStCB Ltd in his keynote address informed that A&N State Cooperative Bank Ltd, has always used to organise world Divyang Diwas on 03 December at Wandoor but due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are not able to organise this year in a big way. He further informed that the Bank in its corporate social responsibility (CSR) has handed over complimentary gifts & sweets for the special children’s. He also promised to sponsor Audio P A System with mic & Speaker sets for the centre which will be of immense benefit for the kids for their regular classes and programme.
