Port Blair, Oct 28: In view of forthcoming Diwali festival, the A&N Police Fire Service intend to impart training on basic first aid, fire fighting and disaster preparedness, lecture on various safety norms to be adopted while setting-up of cracker selling stalls. All the applicants/shop keepers willing to sale fire crackers shall undergo training from Fire Service Training Centre, Port Blair being organized in two batches on 03rd & 4th November, 2020. The A&N Police Fire Service has made it mandatory for the shopkeepers to undergo training on handling basic fire fighting equipments and shall be present at Fire Service Training Centre at 10:00 am on both the days.
