Port Blair, Oct 12: Mr. Apurba Chandra Roy, Pramukh, Port Blair Panchayat Samiti on 1st of October 2020 inaugurated one Cremation Shed at Ward No. 6, Govind Nagar, Havelock, South Andaman.
Further Mr. Apurba Chandra Roy, Pramukh, Port Blair Panchayat Samiti also inaugurated one Vegetable Market at Havelock on 9th of October 2020.
The Cremation Shed was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Ajit Kumar Roy, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Govind Nagar, Havelock. The Vegetable market was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Ajit Kumar Roy, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Govind Nagar, Havelock and Mr. Alok Mridha, Panchayat Samiti Member, Shyam Nagar Gram Panchayat.
Both these projects inaugurated are long pending demands of the General Public of Havelock Island and will facilitate the public in their day to day lives.
