Port Blair, Oct 01: The State President, Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha, Mr K Paramasivam has demanded the District Commissioner, South Andaman to issue Bar license only to authorized persons.
In a letter addressed to the DC, Mr Paramasivam said that many Bar owners are leasing out their Bar to others in an unauthorized manner.
Now the situation is so that many individuals are holding the control over more than one bar.
“Enquiry is to be initiated against those license holders who sublet their Bar License in the name of others. Vested interest are frying to take more and more Bar license and allot it to others for getting easy money,” Mr Paramasivam added.
