Port Blair, May 21: A priest (Father) Gedian Jual of CNI Church of Harminder Bay, Little Andaman died yesterday in a road accident at Little Andaman.
According to sources, the priest was riding his moped yesterday and at a slope, he lost his control over is moped and hit a wall at around 2.00 PM, because of which he got serious head injuries. Later he succumbed to his injuries in hospital at around 2.30 PM.
Now the Nicobaries Community of Harminder Bay has sent his body in MV Chowra, which reached Hut Bay yesterday took the body for Car Nicobar. The ship reached Car Nicobar today morning. The family of deceased priest lives in Tamaloo Village of Car Nicobar Island.
