Port Blair, May 06: NGO named ‘Biswas Organization for Social Service’ Shantanu, Middle Andaman has started distributing Cloth Face Mask on 7th April 2020 in collaboration with NYK Rangat as a fight against COVID-19. They have distributed more than 100 Masks daily at Uttara, Shantanu & Kadamtala areas.
They also distributed it among the staff of medical department, admit patients, attainders, outdoor patients and donated few for emergency patients and to the bank staff, electricity workers, police personal and other employees of various departments. They have distributed 3000 face masks till today. Many people appreciated them for their commendable social service.
