Port Blair, April 20: The President Island Protection Forum, Mr. MT Mustafa has expressed his sincere gratitude towards Mr. Ranjit, a member of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Andaman Nicobar Unit for helping a patient who got stranded at AIMS institute due to lockdown.
As per reports, Mr. Manoj Topno, a 34-year-old man went to AIMS for treatment on 07/03/2020 but after his treatment was over on 25/03/2020 he could not travel back to Port Blair due to the lockdown.
As per Mr. Mustafa, the patient booked his ticket for 26/03/2020 to come back but due to the lockdown he was forced to stay there and till now the DRM of STS Mr. Manoj was staying by paying for the accommodation and food.
After exhausting all money that he brought for treatment in lodging and boarding for extra days, the patient approached for help to IPF.
Giving due attention to the trapped patient’s concern, the IPF approached Mr. Ranjit of Mata Amritanandamayi Math’s Andaman Unit following which the matter was taken up by him in the hospital and the good news is that from tomorrow the hospital will provide him with free accommodation and food.
The help from Mr. Ranjit was highly appreciated by the patient as well as the IPF.
