Port Blair, Apr 04: Mr. R.K.Sharma, Dy.SP Rangat subdivision informed that police personnel deployed in the region are doing their level best to spread awareness among public to stay in home and not to come out without any valid reason.
He further added that all Station House Officers of Rangat Division are keeping strict vigil in their respective jurisdiction.
He further added that 31 suspected individuals who had come from Mainland(students) were kept under constant watch by the SHO Billyground about their home Quarantine status. He expressed gratitude to the public of Rangat Sub Division for extending their cooperation with police.
On the other hand Mr. Vichitra Veer, IPS, SP, N and M Andaman also expressed his satisfaction towards outstanding service rendered by entire police team in the region, during this difficult time.
