Port Blair, Mar 29: The Director of Andaman’s Health Department, Dr. Omkar Singh today told Andaman Sheekha that till this evening the total cases of COVID19 positive, stands nine while 33 samples of those who were in contact of these nine people, were sent for testing in RMRC-ICMR, Port Blair. Another sample of a ‘brought dead patient’ (not connected to earlier cases) was also sent for testing at RMRC-ICMR. “All results are expected to come by tomorrow,” the Director added.
