Port Blair, Mar 08: With the Motto to Salute the Women Empowerment on the International Women’s Day , member of the club along with the ladies of Nitya Yoga Centre, RGT Road conducted a Women’s Special Bird Walk at Ograbranj Wetland. The walk was one of its kind experience to the ladies with a thrive to know more about the birds.During the event ladies were briefed about the importance of Wetland and the bird diversity of South Andaman Islands. The event was attended by more than 25 members and everyone was delighted to see the endemic as well as the migratory birds. AAC is committed toward the awareness creation and conversation of wetlands in Andaman Islands.
