Port Blair, March 06: A function will be organized at the Chatham Memorial on 10th March 2020 at 0800 Hrs to commemorate the arrival of first batch of Freedom fighters of First War of Independence (1857). Admiral D.K.Joshi PVSM, AVSM,YSM, NM,VSM(Retd.), Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice Chairman, Islands Development Agency will lay wreath at the Memorial followed by other dignitaries.
