Port Blair, Feb 03: The 33rd Convocation of Indira Gandhi National Open University will be held on Monday, 17th February, 2020 at Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium, near Municipal Office, Port Blair. The Hon’ble Member of Parliament of A & N Islands Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma will be the Chief Guest at Port Blair. The simultaneous Convocation function of IGNOU will be held at 39- Regional Centres with main function at IGNOU-HQ, New Delhi. Students who have completed their Programmes in December-2018 or JUNE-2019 Term-End-Examinations are eligible for award of original Degree/Diploma Certificate at 33rd Convocation. The eligible students are advised to submit their fee Rs.600/- through online mode only (www.ignou.ac.in) on or before 05th February 2020.
After online registration for 33rd Convocation, the students can collect the Convocation-Scarf from Regional Centre office during 6 to 16th February (on payment of Rs.500 as refundable deposit). For the same, students may contact Ms. Asma Bibi, Semi-Professional Assistant of RC, Port Blair at 03192-242888.
