Port Blair, Dec 06: The Ministry of Water & Sanitation has initiated Swachata Pakhwada, which started on 01 Dec 19 and it will end on 15 Dec 2019. The Cadets from Naval Unit NCC, Port Blair are going to participate in plogging on 07 Dec 2019. Plogging is the term used for a recreational activity which is a mix of jogging and picking up litter.
In this plogging event at 0700 hrs on 07 Dec 19, 50 cadets from JNRM College, 40 cadets from GMSS, Middle Point, 02 ANO’s and 04 PI Staff from Naval Unit NCC Port Blair will participate. The event will be flagged off by Dr. Satyam Setia and the route will be from JNRM College to Marina Park, Port Blair
