Port Blair, Aug 31: The annual training camp of National Cadet Corps which started on 22 Aug 2012, concluded today at 06:30pm. The valedictory function started with lighting of camp fire by the Chief Guest Mr Jalaj Shrivastava, Chief Secretary (in-charge) Andaman & Nicobar Islands at ITF ground.
Cultural programmes was held on the occasion where welcome song was presented by SW Girls JNRM, Punjabi Dance, Songs were performed by JD cadets, a Car Nicobari dance and song was also performed by Nicobari JD cadets, a Ranchi dance by SW and SD cadets was also performed.
Further Cdr. John E Mathew, Camp Commandant highlighted that the cadets were involved in various activities during the camp with joy of sharing and caring of one another.
