Port Blair, Aug 30: In a letter written to the Commissioner – cum – Secretary (Shipping) and copy endorsed to the Director of Shipping Services, Mr. R. Mohan, State President has requested them to re–introduce affixing of photographs while issuing the tickets, which was done earlier, to facilitate enforcing authorities to prevent foreign infiltrators from entering the islands.
