Port Blair, Sept 24: Mr. N K Udhaya Kumar was sworn in as Chairperson of PBMC at a simple function held today at 9.45 AM at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Auditorium of the Port Blair Municipal Council.
The Deputy Commissioner South Andaman administered the oath of office to the newly elected Chairperson, PBMC Mr. N. K. Udhaya Kumar for the fifth year term.
In the swearing in ceremony, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the Member of Parliament A & N Islands, Mr. Suneel Anchipaka, IAS, Secretary, PBMC, Mrs. Protima Banerjee, Sr. Vice Chairperson, Mr. S. Karunakaran, Jr. Vice Chairperson, Councillors, officers of the Council, party workers and general public were present.
