Billyground, Sept 15: Here is a good news for the people of North and Middle Andaman and ATR commuters. The Hume Pipe Bridge over Thoratang Nallah is now completely ready for ATR traffic and once it is thrown open for public, no ATR bus or Cargo Truck will have to cross the TV Kulam Bailey Bridge. Opening of Thoratang Bridge will also mean timely arrival of essential commodities to North and Middle Andaman and also timely availability of LPG Cylinders.
