Port Blair, Aug 24: The President, Pradesh Congress Committee, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Director General of Police to consider further extension of service to the 120 Home Guard volunteers whose services will be terminated on August 27, 2012. Mr. Sharma apprised that most of these candidates have crossed the age limit for getting jobs and hence requested the DGP to consider their cases against vacancies in the department, a communication received here said.
