Port Blair, Aug 25: An awareness programme for Jal Shakti Abhiyan was organized by Gram Panchayat Mithakhari under the chairmanship of Pradhan Shri. Mohd. Safiq on 23/08/2019 at Govt. Middle School, Ograbraj. A discussion was carried out by the PRIs to the staffs of GMS Ograbraj for measures to be taken up for the conservation of water at village level. Headmistress and teachers of GMS Ograbraj motivated the children for conservation of water. A mass rally was taken through the village by PRIs, villagers of Gram Panchayat Mithakhari and School students alongwith staffs of GMS Ograbraj. Pradhan Shri. Mohd. Safiq thanked the Headmistress and teachers for spreading awareness regarding Jal Shakti Abhiyan.
