Port Blair, August 23: On the occasion of holy ‘Janmasthami’, the birthday of Bhagwan Krishna, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Andaman and Nicobar Island is organizing various Programmes throughout the Island to mark the eve, which is also the foundation day of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. All total, the Programmes shall be conducted in 64 places and Mandir of Port Blair, South Andaman, North & Middle Andaman, Campbell Bay and Little Andaman. The events like Quiz competition on Life and Teaching of Bhagwan Krishna, Ramayana & Mahabharata, Indian culture and way of life and General Knowledge. Drawing competition on Bhagwan Krishna shall be conducted. The Kids Fancy Dress competition on Bhagwan Krishna shall be a part of the events.
