Port Blair, Aug 04: On the eve of International Owl Awareness Day, Andaman Avians Club conducted a Awareness Event for the school students of Kendra Vidyalaya No. 1. During the program club members highlighted the students about the endemic owls of Andaman and Nicobar Island, with details of their identification and habitat. A special session was conducted for the Andaman Barn Owl highlight the threats it is facing and regarding its conservation through awareness. AAC extended it sincere thanks to A Smti.C.
