Port Blair, Aug 22: The Panchayat Bhawan of Subhash Gram Panchayat, Diglipur will be inaugurated by the Additional Secretary-cum-Director (RD/ Panchayat), Mr. A Nedunchezhiyan at Subhash Bazaar on August 25 at 5.30 pm, a communication received here said.
