Port Blair, July 15: A person namely Mr. Jaykumar, a resident of Haddo, reportedly attempted suicide by jumping into sea from Chatham Bridge. According to details, the person survived the fall and was later rescued. He is presently admitted in G B Pant Hospital. As per details, he was upset for some reasons because of which he took this extreme step. Further details are awaited.
