Diglipur, June 17 (Web Exclusive) Bringing big relief for the people of North Andaman, today four fuel trucks reached Diglipur. Since collapse of Thoratang Bridge there was a huge fuel crisis in the region. According to reports while the first two trucks reached Diglipur this morning, rest two trucks reached Diglipur by evening.
But sadly even after these fuel trucks reached Diglipur, fuel was not distributed to public. Mr. Shayamal Debnath the Pradhan of Madhupur alleged that the management of the Petrol Pump at Diglipur asked public to come tomorrow to fill fuel.
When contacted the Assistant Commissioner of Diglipur, Mr Alok Kumar told Andaman Sheekha that because of the delay in transferring the fuel to petrol pump the full will be distributed only by tomorrow.
