Port Blair, Apr 22: A body was found near Nair Society Cottage, Delanipur this morning. The deceased was later identified as Mr. G Prasad, 33 yr old, a resident of Valmiki Nagar, Delanipur, working as DRM at Municipal Council.
It was reported that he left the home yesterday morning at around 9.00 AM with Rs. 100-200 in his pocket.
Sources said that the deceased was drunk and might have died because of dehydration however police report is still awaited.
