Port Blair, Aug 10: The Pradhan of Shoal Bay Gram Panchayat, AR Kumar, Panchayat Samity Member, Pramod Beck and other members of the said Panchayat viz Nithyananda Mistry, Madwri Ram, K Simon, Smti S Gandhimathi, and Smti Hissi Kamal Munda, have resigned from the Nationalist Congress Party and joined the Indian National Congress Party from today forenoon. Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma accepted their request and joined them as primary member of INC.
