Port Blair, Jan 28: The Police Training School, Prothrapur, A&N Islands organized one day course on “Soft Skills and Personality Development” on22.01.2019 for in-service Police Personnel of A&N Police for improving the knowledge about “Soft Skills and Personality Development” under the supervision of Mr. Manoj.C, IPS, Principal PTS. During the course Mr. Michael Raj, DANIPS VP/PTS, Mr. Krishnamacharya, Directorate of IISD, Dr. Salam, Associate Prof., JNRM, Dr. K. Venkateshan, Asst. Prof. JNRM and Inspr. Abita Bachan CLI, PTS had delivered informative lecture like Soft Skills, Motivations, Communication Skills, Effective Communications, Time Management, Group dynamics and Community Policing etc. Altogether, 24 Police Personnel of A&N Police participated in the course, interacted and enriched themselves for initiating steps towards on effective implementation of law, Vice Principal, PTS concluded the training programme by emphasizing on the objectives of the course and its thorough implementation. The course was coordinated by SI DK Seal & SI Abdul Manaf, PTS, Prothrapur.
