Port Blair, Dec 16: One person today died by drowning at Kalu Dighi Dam of Guptapara area, while swimming. According to reports Mr. Abdul Salam, 54 years, had gone for picnic with family members and office staffs at Kalu Dighi area, when this incident occurred. He was immediately shifted to PHC Manglutan this afternoon, where he was declared brought dead.
