Port Blair, Dec 16: One youth of Phoenix Bay was arrested by police for manhandling a Police Officer, who was on duty. Sources said that the accused manhandled a police officer, when he was asked to park his car properly. According to reports, the youth was arrested on Friday under section 189, 186, 353, 341 and was produced to court from where he was sent to Judicial Custody. The accused has been identified as Mohd. Sahil.
