Port Blair, Nov 30: A brawl between two people, outside a bar of New Pahargaon today took dangerous shape when one of the persons attacked other with a knife.
According to reports the incident was reported this evening during which Mr. Jarnail Singh and ex-service man attacked Mr. Balamurugan with a knife and caused some injuries. Mr. Balamurugan reportedly suffered injuries in head, hand and back after which he was rushed to G B Pant Hospital, where Mr. Balamurugan got a few stitches. Mr. Balamurugan is said to be out of danger.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jarnail Singh has been arrested under section 324 for causing hurt to Mr. Balamurugan. Further details are awaited.
