Port Blair, Nov 30: Ms Bindiya Banerjee, a Social worker of these Islands, with the help of PHC Manglutan and in collaboration with Pillar Health Center, organized a free medical health check up camp at Dhanikari Community hall today from 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM, which was attended by Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Chairman Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union.
In his inaugural address, the Chairman recorded his appreciation towards the philanthropic works of Ms Banerjee, her team members and the reputed Doctors of their respective fields of Medical Science. Sharma said, he always supports and respects those who are working for the Poors.
Prominent social workers, Mrs Shanta Laxman Singh and Mrs Ratna Kannan and others also spoke on the occasion and recorded their appreciation for arranging this health check up program. More than 100 villagers came for check up in this camp.
