Port Blair, July 26: Requesting for road connectivity from Bharatpur to Sitapur atNeilIsland, Mr. R Mohan, the president of BJP today said that proper road ofNeilIslandwill not only promote tourism but also help in ensuring movement of troops, whenever required, asNeilIslandis located at very strategic point.
Mohan also demanded safe drinking water for nearly 3000 odd residents ofNeilIsland, who have been settled nearly 45 years ago by the Government of India.
