Port Blair, Nov 29: A skill development programme of Tailoring & Fashion Designing course for 03 months was organized by Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union for the ladies & inmates of Pranab Kanya Ashram at Buniyadabad. All together 25 ladies and 10 girls of the Ashram completed the training successfully.
On 29th of November 2018 certificate was distributed to the successful candidates by the hands of Mr. Govind Ram, Director, Disaster Management, who was the Chief Guest on the Occasion. Speaking on the occasion he appreciated the efforts of the cooperative a union for such type of skill development tanning. Welcoming the guests and other Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Chairman, A & N State Cooperative union insisted that women should take part in more & more such type of training so that they can earn their livelihood. Smt. Sannyasini Chaitanyanandamya also spoke on the occasion. Mr. Anant RAO, General Secretary proposed Vote of thanks.
