Port Blair, Nov 18: The Valedictory function of “National Book Week – 2018” will be held at State Library, Port Blair on 20.11.2018 at 03.30 PM. Mr. D. Manikandan, IAS, Secretary (Education) will be the Chief Guest on this occasion and give away the prizes to winners of different competitions organized during the week. Mr. Shubhankar Ghosh, DANICS, Director (Education) will be the Guest of Honour.
