Laxmipur, Oct 22: Bye Elections results for Ward members of Ward No 1 & 4 at Laxmipur Gram Panchayat Diglipur were declared today. In Ward No 1 Congress candidate Mr. Laxmi Kanta Sutradar won by 28 votes he defeated BJP candidate Mr. Swapan Das and in Ward no 4, BJP candidate Mrs. Imliya Soreng won by 2 votes. She defeated Congress candidate Mr. D Rajendran. The elections were held yesterday peacefully.
