Port Blair, Sept 30: Andaman and Nicobar Command organized a Volleyball Tournament at Bheema Sports Complex, Birchganj Military Station from 25th September to 28th September 2018.
11 matches were played during the tournament based on league cum knock out. The teams of 12 JAT Regiment and 15 Assam Regiment played the final match of the tournament on 28th September 2018. 12 JAT Regiment won the tournament.
Maj Gen Beji Mathews, Chief of Staff, Andaman & Nicobar Command graced the occasion as Chief Guest and handed over the medals, certificates and trophy to the winning team. A total of 06 teams participated in the tournament.
