Port Blair, Sep t06: On 05/09/18 an information received from PC/1496 Muthu Swamy SB CID Neil Island, that one person namely Bilas Mondal (29)yrs. S/o late Bipin Mondal R/o Laxmanpur-I, Neil Island who is working as a cook in a private restaurant, sailing illicit ganja in his rented house at Laxmanpur-I, Neil Island.
Upon this a raiding team headed by SI K.Ilangovan SHO PS Neil island consisting of ASI Ganesh Kumar, PC/2884 Sanjeeb Kr. Das, LPC/ 2953 Rosha, LPC/ 1371 Kamla Baroi, PC(D) 1871 Gurjiv Singh and HG(R)/273 Biplab Bairagi conducted raid at rented house of Bilash Mondal and recovered 1.1 kg illicit ganja from his possession.
On this he was arrested and case U/s 20 (b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act 1985 registered at PS Neil Island and produced before the Hon’ble court.
