Port Blair, Aug 27: On August 27th, 2018 ‘Asthi Kalash Yatra’ of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Swargiya Atal Bihari Vajpayee was proceeded to ending point of the nation, Indira Point (Campbell Bay) viz Car Nicobar. At Car Nicobar, the Chairperson along with Members of Tribal Council, Car Nicobar and Defence Personnel Paid homage to the former Prime Minister. The urn carrying Ashes of Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee was carried by Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President BJP, Mr. Sanjay Singh, State Vice President BJP and Mr. Varun.
As a part of ‘Asthi Kalash Yatra’, Mr. Jijith Rekh, State Spoke Person BJP and other leaders took the Asthi Kalash to Little Andaman on 25th and organized the Shraddhanjali to former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Swargiya Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The BJP leaders, BJP workers and general public had paid homage to the former Prime Minister at Hut Bay.
